We have a 24/7 on call system to ensure any last minute changes or requests are adhered to promptly and for work to therefore run smoothly.
We aim to provide temporary support or cover for as long as our client requires. This includes short term, respite, immediate cover or a team of staff to provide contingency emergency cover. Castle Health provides a 24 hour service 365 days a year on call system, with access to highly trained general/specialist nurses and health care assistants/ support workers. We have a meticulous vetting system to which we ensure only staff who are 100% compliant with up to date standards as set out by our regulators. We can guarantee all our staff give a high quality of care to each service user and retain their professionalism throughout all working hours, in any healthcare environment.
The agency will aim to fill all requests for shifts, and where possible provide continuity of staff.
