Castle Health Limited was established in 2007 along with its new owner who has led the company into a growing success. The proprietor himself has a background in nursing, human resources and lecturing in health care issues, all of which has been fundamental to the setup and longevity of the agency.
The company has prospered into a thriving Nursing Agency and is continuing to expand due to its growing reputation by the high quality care provided by our staff and our highly experienced, qualified and friendly support team.
All of which has directed us to our new and improved headquarters in Roath, Cardiff. Our state of the art premises offers the opportunity for health related and workplace training, with all equipment on site, and seminar rooms available for external hire.
We believe that this sets us apart from other agencies, in as much as all training for Castle Health care and office staff is free and located on site. This is carried out to ensure all staff are up to date with new regulations and training, all part of our quality assurance checks. Training is provided by Castle Health’s associate company ‘Services in Health Education Limited.
Our staff are supported by a 24/7 on- call system with a knowledgeable member of staff at the other end of the phone. Castle Health also provides company drivers for all members of staff who wish to use this service.

All our qualified nursing staff are registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).

We ensure all staff have Enhanced CRB checks and Indemnity Insurance. CRB checks are carried out by Civil & Corporate as and when is necessary.

With years of experience in the medical staffing industry and dealing with staffing requests, you can be sure our service to every client is reliable, swift and professional at all times. We have a 24/7 on call system to ensure any last minute changes or requests are adhered to promptly and for work to therefore run smoothly.
We aim to provide temporary support or cover for as long as our client requires. This includes short term, respite, immediate cover or a team of staff to provide contingency emergency cover. Castle Health provides a 24 hour service 365 days a year on call system, with access to highly trained general/specialist nurses and health care assistants/ support workers. We have a meticulous vetting system to which we ensure only staff who are 100% compliant with up to date standards as set out by our regulators. We can guarantee all our staff give a high quality of care to each service user and retain their professionalism throughout all working hours, in any healthcare environment.
The agency will aim to fill all requests for shifts, and where possible provide continuity of staff.
