Castle Health Values

We aim to provide temporary support or cover by contract for as long as our client requires, and this includes short term, respite, immediate cover or a team of staff to provide contingency emergency cover.

Castle Health provides a 24 hour service 365 days a year. The agency will aim to fill all requests for shifts, and where possible provide continuity of staff.

Who We Care For

The age range of those we care for:

  • 20 years – 100 years + 

The gender of those we care for:

  • We care for both male and female clients. We provide a choice of male and female staff, and continuity of staff if possible.

Nature of care provided and range of support needs:

  • Young physically disabled, the frail and elderly in care both residential and nursing, EMI residents, occupational healthcare, hospital inpatients, stroke patients, autism, independent hospitals and secure units.

Nursing Care:

  • We provide nursing care. We have registered nurses and care assistants with NVQ 2/3 training and since April 2011 QCF Diploma level 2/3.

Special Provisions:

  • We can provide one to one support for any specialist needs required by our clients in Hospital or Care Homes.
